I went to Farah with a recurring back problem and after 2-3 months of targeted physio treatment and lifestyle recommendations, it is very much improved and I am largely pain free now which is a huge relief. Thoroughly recommend Farah if you need similar help!

Excellent treatment. Farah has helped me on two occasions about a year apart. So professional and knowledgeable with positive treatment plans for continuing maintenance of a healthy back in my case. Not only excellent treatment but the nicest person, too. She has also treated my wife and we have had no hesitation in recommending her to friends, who have come away with the same opinion.

Massive thanks to Farah at Physio Hitchin. I’ve suffered with lower back pain for around 8 months due to exercise, and within three sessions the pain has been completely subsided. I’m now back to high intensity exercise quicker than I’d ever imagined!

I would always recommend Farah to anyone, she is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! I have always come to her, with anything from the aches and pains from pregnancy, sciatica and any kind of tension. I always walk out feeling much better.

Farah is amazing. After suffering with chronic hip pain for years and having seen many Physio’s and osteo’s I ended up here. I really cannot express my gratitude enough - Farah helped decrease the pain considerably to the point where I managed to run a half marathon and actually be pain free the day after. I’m not sure even Farah realises how amazing this is for me. My treatment has been a good mix of exactly what I needed to get me out of chronic pain. I’d definitely recommend Farah to anyone that needs a physio.

I have found Farah to be absolutely brilliant. She’s helped me to recover mobility and movement after an accident. Her advice is sound and easy to understand. She goes above and beyond with her attention and care. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my family and friends (and have done!)

I had been to several physios before with a problem with my arm, no one seemed to be able to help. Farah was extremely welcoming and within a few sessions had my arm feeling 100 times better. I could not recommend Farah enough, and will definitely being going back to see her with any issues I may have in the future.

I have been seeing Farah for a few months now for some problems with my back and shoulders that I've had since having children. I honestly can't recommend her enough, she's friendly, professional and puts you at ease straight away. I get so much more from my sessions than I expected and I really wish I'd done it sooner!
